A hole measuring 27 mm in diameter and 2.35 m in length is bored for an anchor measuring 22 mm in diameter and 2.4 m in length. A number of 1,250mm-long cartridges are inserted into the hole. 20% extra cartridge is advised if the rock has any fissures or holes in it.
When the anchor bolt is being placed, it should rotate at 450 rpm and move at a maximum pace of 4 m/minute.
The tests that were conducted at the test laboratories led to the determination of the following values. Reaction time is impacted by the application’s ambient and ground temperatures. The reaction slows down and the process is prolonged at low temperatures. Aside from our regular products, which are quick and slow, we can customize the curing time to suit the demands of our customers, ranging from 10 seconds to 20 minutes.
Careful selection of the basic components guarantees superior performance and consistency. The quality requirements for their raw materials must be attested to by suppliers.
The following quality checks are applied on manufactured cartridges. Furthermore, tensile testing is done using specifically made test apparatus at specific intervals.
